Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:
- Recruiting, training, and managing college and career coaches.
- Serving as the main point of contact for designated school districts.
- Organizing and executing events for the initiative.
- Assisting in the development of marketing and outreach strategies.
- Compiling weekly reports on student communication and outreach.
- Strategizing to help coaches meet job and enrolment targets.
- Cultivating relationships with businesses and community leaders.
- Researching local economic and labour markets to provide support tools.
- Maintaining a database of scholarship opportunities.
- Providing regular updates to the Executive Director.
- Collaborating on presentations for business partners.
- Facilitating weekly team meetings.
- Ensuring data security and confidentiality standards are met.
- Leading and managing special projects for the initiative.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Work Location: In person
